How do I initiate a return to MPParts?

All returns must be assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance - obtained by calling 1.844.811.3902 or by emailing You will receive an RMA, along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions - to speed the return. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest! *Any goods returned without authorization will go back into stock, but will NOT be refunded unless you contact MPParts within 60 days of return.

Please note, MPParts is not responsible for return freight on oversize items. Please call if you need to check fitment before ordering.

What is a Return Authorization number?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a tracking number assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking purposes. At MPParts, our RMA numbers look like this – RMA1234.

How do you calculate my credit?*

MPParts will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:

What if the error was made by me (e.g. ordered wrong size etc.)

If you purchased the wrong part, and it arrives at your location undamaged, MPParts will credit you the full amount of the price paid for the original part. You will be responsible for return freight and any additional fees incurred in the shipping process.

If you are not sure you are ordering the correct part, please email info@mpparts or call us before ordering. Have your existing part number ready and we will do our best to help you get the right part the first time! We understand all too well the frustration of having a truck down for maintenance!

What if the error was made by MPParts (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?

If the error was made by MPParts or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable, but most other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. Most consumable parts - like gum rubber boots and belts - are non refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense. 

I am returning a pump. Are there any guidelines?
Due to warranty restrictions pumps and motors must be replaced together to avoid voiding the warranty. Any pumps or motors purchased or returned individually can not be covered under warranty.

How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?

Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the date that we receive and inspect the return. Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Please direct inquiries about the status of your refund to our accounting department at 803-832-2320. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method (e.g. credit card, PayPal account, etc.) which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.

Can International orders be returned?

Yes, international orders may be returned. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and all international orders must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the package. There are no restocking fees.

Reseller's Return Policy

My order is over $5,000 and/or I am a reseller. What differences are there?

Are your parts OEM or Aftermarket?
By default, all of our parts are labeled (and priced as) Aftermarket Replacements. If you require OEM, please call and speak to a rep directly.

I am overseas. What payments do you accept?
Overseas customers must pay by wire transfer (with a non-refundable $25 transfer fee) unless approval to pay via PayPal is requested ahead of time.

How can I know what perspective LH/ RH come from?
Left Hand (LH)/ Right Hand (RH) is always from driver perspective. So LH = roadside and RH = curbside What is your Shipping Cutoff Time?
