Remanufacturing Process:
Units are completely disassemble and every part inspected.
The valve plate and bearing plate are resurfaced on a lapping machine and measured to insure the thickness.
Cylinder Blocks are measured to make sure the i.d. is in required factory specifications.
All seal and gasket are replaced.
Piston slippers are lapped as well as the thrust plate, charge pump gerotor, body and cover.
Units are reassembled and properly bench tested.
