* Vibco VS510 Vibrators are foot mount Silent Turbine Vibrators with built-in exhaust mufflers, designed for applications requiring medium amounts of vibration.
* 80 PSI max. operating pressure
* 4500 VPM, at 21 CFM, with 900 lbs of force. 77 dB.
* No Lubrication is Required
* A filter regulator is recommended for optimum life & performance.
Optional Accessories:
* Vibco Part Number 86124 1/2" Ball valve 1/2" NPT thread. Bronze cast housing, stainless steel ball. For manually operating any air vibrators or Air Cannons.
* Vibco Part Number 46124 1.2" NPT Filter-Regualtor combination with gage & mounting bracket. Max. Pressure :150 psi Max. Flow: 70 cfm 5 Micron Filter Factory recommended for all pneumatic vibrators, will help performance and increase life of your vibrator.
* Vibco Part Number 1/2SV 1/2" solenoid valve 120V, single phase, 2 way operating valve. To be used with any pneumatic vibrators for automatic or remote operation. Can be used in conjunction with a circuit time.
* Vibco Part Number VSM-5 Predrilled steel mounting plate. Recommended for easy installation on VS-510 vibrators.
