- Remanufacturing Process:
- Units are completely disassemble and every part inspected.
- The valve plate and bearing plate are resurfaced on a lapping machine and measured to insure the thickness.
- Cylinder Blocks are measured to make sure the i.d. is in required factory specifications.
- All seal and gasket are replaced.
- Piston slippers are lapped as well as the thrust plate, charge pump gerotor, body and cover.
- Units are reassembled and properly bench tested.
