Our Stephens SOS4000 is our most popular central dust collector and is ideal for ready mix concrete producers who desire optimal dust collection at the mixer truck charge point. The SOS-4000 Ozone Super Flow vent works best at ready mix concrete locations that have up to 15 concrete mixer trucks batching concrete. If you have more than 15 mixer trucks batching concrete from the desired location, our SOS6800 is the central dust house that will work best for collecting cement dust at your mixer truck charge point. The extremely steep collection hopper designed with a 10 inch bray butterfly valve, the 4 inch couplings on the blow back pod, magnetic starter, and solid state NEMA controls ensure that our customers are getting the very best dust collector possible made right here in the USA.

* The Stephens SOS4000 Ozone Super-flow central dust collectors are aerodynamicly designed to permit the free-fall of dislodged dust to the hopper and to prevent direct impingment of dust particles on the media which minimizes abrasion and dust build-up.
* Our central dust collector vents are designed so the filter replacement is from the outside of the unit. Keep your ready mix operations safe as personnel do not have to enter the collector to change filter elements.
