- The 27201201 Stephens batcher vent bag is found in the SV-20 rectangular vent that is found mounted on top of cement weigh scale hoppers. The filtration process in the batcher vent occurs when displaced air is forced through the bags and clean air is pulled through the dust collector bags when the cement is discharged from the hopper into the concrete mixer truck. The bags inside of the SV20 are also commonly referred to as cement scale socks.
