hi there, I have one of these switches but I think it might be shot. I assume B terminal is the common for L,M and H and when the switch is in the L, M or H setting, B terminal should connect to terminal C and when the switch is OFF terminals B and C are meant to be open. I was wondering if this is correct? Thank you for any help you can give.

We couldn't find a diagram on this switch. So unfortunately we are unable to help with this issue.
