- SAFETY NOTICE (GREEN)
1. BEFORE ENTERING DRUM, read and follow OSHA Regulations concerning entry and working in "CONFINED SPACE" OSHA 1910.146 and LOCKOUT TAGOUT OSHA 1910.147
2. Refer to safety lockout procedure
3. Shutoff truck engine and carry all sets of ignition keys in your pocket.
4. NOTE: Position of control valve arm. Remove hydrostatic pump control valve arm. Place lockout with red Danger Lockout tag thru splined hole of control valve arm, attach padlocks and carry all keys in your pocket.
5. Place magnetic DANGER signs on both cab doors.
6. Place dual turnbuckle wedge assembly base on rear pedestal
7. When finished, remove turnbuckle and wedge assembly FIRST, then unlock control valve arm and remove DANGER sign from doors. Serious personal injury or death can occur.
