Stack will be assembled, fittings installed – 3/8” push-in tube connections, 90 degree elbows on the inlet and exhaust and straights on the work ports, extra ½” NPT plugs sent along to change out if a valve needs to be made into a 3-way function valve.
Wiring – Ground leads in the valve manifold will be daisy-chained together to one green 18 AWG 8 foot lead.
Coil common leads in the valve manifold will be daisy-chained together to one white 18 AWG 8 foot lead.
Power wires for each valve will be lengthened to 8 feet and labeled to match the numbered labeling of each valve. 18 AWG wire
