Accuracy:
The Badger Meter MEASURE RITE MR-1P (Pulse Output) Truck Meter is used to measure temper and slump-rack water. The meter is also suitable for adding water for front and rear discharge mixers or for use on mixers with fleet management systems. The unit is user-friendly with single button operation for zero reset and calibration. This unit is truck mounted and resists vibration to allow for accurate tracking of all add-water by the driver, accurately measures and dispenses water for premixed batches at the job site, and helps minimize mix errors and batch waste.
OPERATION:
The ladder platform area is the ideal mounting location for the truck meter, just upstream (and in line with) the water manifold. Verify that any movement of the platform will not cause the meter to contact the barrel or other components.
APPLICATIONS:
The truck mount meter accurately measures the amount of added water for adjusting slump.
