Rebuild Kit
Received the correct part with a little delay on kit due to company waiting for a part. Contacted MPparts they got back to me in a timely manner to inform me of delay and correct time line. They were the only company I found with the rebuild kit for the vane actuator that we have.

Answer:
Here are specifics about greasing -Apply enough grease to the inside of both housing halves to cover the entire inside surface where the vane O-ring contacts the housing. -Clean all grease from the flanges of both housing halves -Grease two stem O-rings and install on vane, being careful not to over stretch or twist the Oring.
