What is it's purpose. And how do you tell if it is bad. It just went off and began buzzing
Answer:
Universal buzzer to alert the driver. 2 common uses is truck low air pressure and bus rear door open warning. Easiest way to test would be to hook it up to a battery and see if it turns on/off when you connect/disconnect it. Otherwise, the switch or sensor that is part of the circuit may be bad.
