The WM781A is a non-compensating, two position, three-way control valve which is normally closed. The valve is actuated by a control lever which is equipped with a spring-loaded lockout safety device which locks in both positions to prevent unintentional lever movement. The yellow lockout device is a visual indicator of the safety latching feature of this control valve series.
