Hi, I'm Brandon Syler, CEO

In 2008, in the midst of the Great Recession, thousands of businesses shutting down, and maybe even against some common sense, my dad and I started Mixer & Plant Parts in my garage in the small farming town of Johnson Creek, WI. I know what it's like to take a long shot at the American dream and it wasn't long before I realized that my American dream was a lot different than the last boss I worked for. My American dream is that we build an organization that we hand off to the next generation better than we found it and will infinitely have a tremendous impact on the lives of our clients, team and communities. I love working with a high performance team that keeps the focus on the customer and constantly improves how we serve the customer and each other. I'm humbled and honored to get to be a part of such a special and unique organization full of incredible people all striving to improve for impact.
